Restriction of water to 750mm per day?

Has anyone tried restricting water while food fasting? I ask because when I told my oncologist about the benefits I was getting from dry fasting she said today that they recommend no less than 750mm/pday because kidneys. It’s not a bad idea because it’s getting really hot here in Australia and so I might not have to stop in hot weather, or go back to water fast ad libitum with the attendant electrolyte hassles.

Answer

I’ve heard of some people doing that, but it’s unappealing to me for example because it takes away the pure benefits of dry fasting. And dry fasting is easier than water - it doesn’t wake the digestive system with the intake of fluid. That being said, if it’s a way for you to fast successfully, go for it. Also, it is still possible to dry fast in the heat, you just want to be more conscious of your body’s responses. I dry fasted in 90/100 degree weather of the summer for over a week; you just have to be smart about staying cool.

Answer

Water restricted fast would be way more powerfulland efficient than water fasting where people stuff their face with tons of water all day long…Specially if you’re in a extremely dry hot place during it… You’ll get closer to a dryfast state… Try to start with 500ml max/day. And see.

If you have cancer, I would advise you to have a look at deuterium depleted water, if you have enough money to buy it.

>OverviewThe book cites the most recent scientific findings to provide a radically different approach to the formation and background of cancer, and also lays down the scientific foundations for a new, effective methodology of curing cancer.

>The author began his research in the early 1990s while investigating the role that deuterium (heavy hydrogen) plays in regulating biological and physiological processes. A number of leading universities and research institutes worldwide have joined the groundbreaking research.

>The book examines the most common conventional treatment methods in oncology and introduces the most effective combinations of treatments while providing detailed instructions in using deuterium depletion.

>Also discussed are deuterium depletion’s mechanism of action, the most important factors affecting effectiveness, and the main considerations when using the method. The method’s therapeutic potential is demonstrated through sixteen types of cancer, results from clinical trials, and specific case studies. One crucially important chapter describes how to use deuterium depletion to foster a healthy lifestyle. The last chapter contains recommendations for use, providing a helpful guide for health-conscious individuals or those struggling with the disease.

>The book strives to keep a balance between being easy to read or speaking in laymen’s terms while providing a professional introduction of the research and clinical application to researchers and doctors. It discusses the treatment method based on deuterium depletion, which offers a tool of curing cancer and other chronic diseases, while also being more efficient and milder than any other oncotherapy up to now.
