Rolling Dry+Water

Hello , I am planning to do rolling 72 hours Dry fast followed by 24 hours Water fast and then 72 Hours Refeed with PSMF/Keto Diet. I plan to do this for 8 Weeks. How much weight can I lose? Any tips or recommendation.

I am a regular IF follower and have previously done a few dry and water fast but due to pregnancy and feeding I had to stop. Now I want to get back and lose the excess weight For Stats : F 26 ; Ht - 164cm ; SW - 223lbs

If I was planning that schedule … I would anticipate approx 4-5 pounds a week ( post refeed) ie at the beginning of each week once you are fully hydrated and reffed and start the next round of DF,WF, refeed. At your weight it wouldn’t slow that much week to week,… so a consistent 4-5 x 8 weeks = 32- 40 lbs (potentially)
