Had ducks for years, they don’t date stamp the eggs with their butts. It’s a good way of telling if an egg is starting to turn/gone bad but nothing to do with salmonella more with ruining your recipe with a stinky rotten egg

Checking whether an egg sinks or floats is a popular way to check how fresh it is. However, it can’t tell you if an egg has gone bad.

Salmonella does not make eggs go bad. It lives on the shell of eggs. It can only get inside if the eggs sweat or have been washed, but that depends on US egg or rest of the world egg.

Cooking kills salmonella. If you don’t cook eggs, you’re signing up for it. Use your nose.

bring a bucket of salt every time you watch tiktok
