They would probably taste better with a little bit of salt and possibly a tiny bit of sugar. You could experiment and tweak the proportions to find what’s most palatable for you.
You could also try mixing it with your yogurt.
IIRC you absorb only half the protein when uncooked and there’s always a risk of salmonella. Based on the responses you’re providing to other commentors though it seems like you’re insisting on eating them raw anyway so just deal with them tasting bad or add them to a smoothie.
