Perhaps the study didn’t mention the sleeping patterns of those who skipped breakfast?
I think there are other factors besides just skipping breakfast. Like what (and how much) they eat the rest of the day and other unhealthy habits.
I do have breakfast, it’s just 16-18 hours after dinner.
Don’t trust any .com with health advice. They’re just trying to sell clicks. .org tends to be far more reliable but always look for at least 2 sources that come to the same conclusion for the same reasoning.
