Hello! 49F, doing 16:8, 5’6” CW 165, GW: 165. This is my second time “doing” time restricted eating. I’m only a few days in.

I’m having trouble sleeping. I’m not sure if this is temporary as my body adjusts. When I’m not IFing a spoonful of peanut butter seems to help, but obvs that will break my fast. Any tips to help sleep well? TIA.

What time is your eating window and when do you go to sleep? I finish at 8:30 pm and go to bed around 11:30 pm. I’m comfortably full by the time I go to sleep. You could always try a cup of herbal tea and make sure you drink enough water but it probably means your last meal is not satiating enough.
