I’m down 7 pounds in a week after eating until satiation every meal. Plus I’m on my period which usually causes a 5 to 7 pound gain so I may have lost even more than that. What I accidentally stumbled upon in my cheating on my fast was a half raw, half cooked low carb vegan diet way of eating. I have soup with lentils, okra, almonds, walnuts, onions, leeks, garlic, carrots cooked with Cajun seafood boil as seasoning and half pureed mixed with homemade picante sauce. Or lettuce boats topped with vegetables, olives, nuts, seeds and picante sauce. Snacking has been nuts or sunflower seeds. And I think it’s nuts I lost more weight going nuts than starving completely.
Thats not really cheating on your fast, thats just not fasting and eating a heavily calorie restricted diet. I think, its a bit hard to understand what your doing.
Are you “Intermitten fasting” but in addition to your meals also snacking? If so, you’re not intermittent fasting either…
