Sorry if it’s fairly obvious but I’m interested

Hey,

So I’m 31m and while I do normally maintain my weight I’ve fallen off the rails a bit lately, but I don’t consider it bad just a pain. I’m normally about 168lbs but am up at 181-184lbs at the moment. No biggie, I know how to lose the weight.

When losing weight I’ll do 3 meals a day with a limit of 500 calories each and I drink water 24/7 let alone during the diet. The fastest I’ve lost weight to be where I wanted to be was 48 days to lose 21lbs.

I’d be interested in trying this for at least a day tomorrow as I’ve had my weekly cheat meal tonight and weight would normally still be up a bit the day after the next morning. Do I literally just “starve” myself and drink water? I’m fully aware that the mind plays games and you just have to say “no” but am I just to say no all day, using water where necessary to get rid of any potential hunger?

Thanks

Answer

It’s gonna be just different the first time because you’re used to eating every day (maybe 3 meals a day). In my case I achieved enlightenment after 24 hours and felt no hunger after that, other people say it happens around day 3 so this varies a bit. I’m about to hit 24 hour mark while typing this, felt no hunger at all today, I felt a bit tempted cause my roommate ordered delivery and that KFC smell flooded the room.Anyway, it’s not really “starving yourself”, it’s not gonna be a torture, so just try it
