So i need to lose about 14 kg in atleast by end of march 31. I started dry fasting since about 8 hours give or take wanna do it 4 days then transition to one hour of water and two espressos. And 23 hours of dry i will also workout at the gym current weight is 104 kg hopefully i will bring myself to 90 kg by the end of the months so two weeks top wish me luck
I’m currently at around 13% bodyfat, 5’8 169lbs. I can join u but idk if i can go that long. Based on my previous soft dry fast experiences, I lost around 1% bodyfat everyday. my goal is 5% bodyfat, so i can probably fast for 8 days w/ u. ( if i can go longer i will) how do we contact?
