Anyone feel sour belly awful eating after a 16-18 hr fast? I have black coffee and tea in the morning then eat a protein and salad/veggies at lunch. Caloric range 250-400. Sometimes include a small portion of carbs. Then immediately feel half sick after.
I almost immediately have to use the restroom and sometimes I get lightheaded. I assume it’s from the glucose? I don’t know. I try to start off with water and a protein to wake up my stomach. Then I add carbs
