As title says. Its tough, but Im feeling ok-ish. Getting pangs of hunger but wanna pull through. First time fasting this long. Last one was 4 days. Im hydrating with electrolytes + taking vitamins, drinking sparkling water, peppermint tea, sleeping. Its so damn hard not to cave in the evening at dinner with family. If anyone wants to join, happy to hear. Whoever already fasted 7 days, hats off to you lot! Well done!
I’m 85 hours in, started the timer on Sunday before bed:) am aiming for Saturday lunchtime:) also taking some vitamins, minerals and omega3 every evening with a lemon/ginger/cayenne pepper/turmeric tea:)
I’m 36 hours in my goal of 7 days. I know today is going to be one of the hardest, especially when I get home from work. However, I have done this before and i know for a fact it will get easier and my motivation and mood will only go up. We can do this y’all!!
