I started intermittent fasting 2 days ago.

Any advise on what training I can do to maximize the weight loss process??

I have a few pointers that work for me:

  1. Weigh yourself once a month. Once every two weeks at most. Not every day. Daily weight differences mean nothing.

  2. Don’t go for quick results. You might get them, and then (depending on your age, starting weight, and genes) have a lot of loose skin.

  3. Be patient. If you mess up, don’t beat yourself up over it. Just rededicate your life to doing better, and then do better.

  4. If you ever look in the mirror and feel disappointed with how you look or the progress you’ve made (or sometimes lost), just tell yourself that you’re on the way to your goal. You’re not there yet. But you’re on the way. As much as you are able, love yourself. Learn to show love to yourself without involving eating or drinking, if necessary.

Main thing I’d say is the first 2-3 weeks are the hardest because your body wants to stick to a normal routine. Once you hit that mark your body will start to accept the new diet and it becomes a lot easier.
