Remind yourself that whatever you’re craving you can eat later. As long as you’re not feeling sick and aren’t in pain the hunger will pass. You can do anything in small increments so don’t focus on the 10 days, which may start to feel like an eternity away. Focus on half hours or one hour at a time.
