Starting a 14 day fast [journal #3]

Here once again. Last year did an awesome 15 and 21 days with 1 week inbetween, losing 20kg(44lbs) and gaining it all back sigh

Mainly creating this so I keep a log and accountability to myself as I noticed I tend to keep track and maintain focus much better if I keep a progress log.

I won’t iterate everything I posted there as it’s already embarrassing enough that I keep failing and gaining it back so i’ll just keep it short and have my current weight and upcoming weight-ins.

Weigh-ins (I always weigh myself in the morning when the day itself starts):

(Day 1) 9 january: 105.3kg / 232 lbs

Hey I know it’s tough when you regain but am proud of you that you keep trying - that’s important! Maintaining and losing as two very different things. Consider all of your previous efforts as experimental. Not a failure but rather practice. Now go after it with even more knowledge of what you need to do to succeed. You got this.

I’m starting 5 day fast today but secretly want to make it 15. Im too scared to commit to that right now :). We can do hard things!
