Starting a 14 day fast today

Hi Amazing people,

I hope you are doing well.

Male. 33YO. 5ft11in. 121 KG.

I’m starting my 14 day fast today.

Earlier I did fasting for 3 days, 7 days, 9 days (was planned to do 14 but failed) I think I can manage upto 7 days without having much issues. Sleeping is always a problem so this time I am planning to do some cardio before bedtime. Hit a plateau with weight loss journey thus doing this. Any particular tip ? I’m motivated but please push me to achieve this goal 😄

I think exercising too soon before bed messes up your circadian rhythm. Can you exercise earlier in the day or at least two hours before bed? But you know your body so it might work for you. Anyway, I’ve never done an extended day fast so good luck!
