Going to try a 24 hour fast and see how I do with it. I’ve done 16:8 in the past.
If you have done 16 then you can surely do 24, it is not so different, the best way imo is just to not think about it, keep yourself busy and the time will pass without you noticing, i did 1 month of 20/4 last year and i am starting another today, something i like to do is align the last part with my sleep, so i avoid the potential hunger.
