You can certainly add keto if you want, but something isn’t adding up here.
>Hey guys, I startet to calorie count around the beginning of January but I don’t see big results. I started at nearly 120kg at 164cm and now I am at 116kg. Until now I ate about 1200kcal a day, without paying attention what I ate and doing an 18:6 fasting period. Usually I walk about 7km a day but sometimes even 12km.
Putting aside whether or not you should be eating 1,200 calories at your size - and you probably should not without medical supervision. Weight should be all but literally falling off you cutting that low with those stats. Even 4kg in a month is perfectly acceptable weight loss for most folks. Keto isn’t going to change whether or not you’re sticking to your goals, nor is going something as drastic as only consuming shakes.
I would focus more on smaller lasting changes that you take the time to really incorporate and make routine and habit.
