Still going to work?

Do you still go to work on a dry fast? Or clock in if you’re wfh? I’m thinking of doing a nine day dry fast and planning around the week. I’d like to not have to use vacation time for a dry fast. Using sick time feels wrong if it’s self inflicted, like calling in dick with a hangover is not cool. I’m talking desk job. Heavy equipment operator or something where someone could get hurt is probably not a good idea. I guess… how bad are the fevers, headaches, detox symptoms… is it so bad it affects your job? Like the grumpy folk who are miserable without their coffee. A dry fast seems like so much worse.

I’m thinking, start it Thursday morning. Day one should be easy. Friday, nbd. Hope there isn’t a deadline or emergency. Weekend is fine. Maybe Monday is a holiday. If not, Mondays suck anyways. Tuesday might be the worst. Wednesday might be crazy. Thursday will be day 8, home stretch. Friday day 9, win state. Rehydrate Saturday and Sunday. Monday will be back to a new version of normal. Seems feasible. Right?

On.my 4th day right now, luckily i work from home. No major major signs, but I did had headache last night and just went early to sleep. I do walk and exercise too, but right now is windy in London, UK so is best to walk around. I don’t feel thirsty not much really, but I am so insecure about my breath especially yesterday as I went uni.

Is not as bad u know not as bad, but i do brush my teeth and shower.
