14 out of 21 days done, still going strong. (SW 142.7kg//CW 134.5kg)

The second week was harder than the first but not by much, i started recording my weight after i lost most of the water that my body was holding ( 3 days into the fast), when i first started my fasting i was about 145-146kg . I still feel energetic during work and i’m able to perform my duties adequately, my strength also remained relatively unchanged. The only issue i noticed is that my sleep is not as good as my non fasting days, however i was able to somewhat remedy that by taking an extra magnesium pill but that comes with increased risk of surprise liquid shit. as for supplements I’m taking magnesium, potassium, zinc, sodium, vitamin c, a multivitamin, calcium, and omega 3. I’m also drinking black coffee, bone broth, and the occasional herbal tea.

Answer

This is exactly it for me. Sleep is worse, but energy is surprisingly good. But you find that having to expend energy is hard work. The quote is: “Energy for a marathon, not a sprint”.

You’re almost there. Good luck with the rest!
