Suggestions for a "morning regular"?

When I was young I used to poop like an animal, basically when I needed to.

Now older you could say its neuroses but I prefer to wake up eat with coffee then poop then shower. I hate getting out of whack with this routine.

Any advice for IF with these ‘requirements’? Maybe OMAD with my breakfast? I think I would really miss dinner if I did that. Also I think delaying dinner past 6/7 pm would make my morning habits more difficult (still too much to digest).

Any suggestions for someone like me?

Is your concern not eating in the morning or not pooping?

You want to poop digested food, so you can eat yesterday and be done by 6 pm and by the time today rolls around, you will have waste you can deposit in the toilet.

Drink stronger black coffee and it will summon.

Some days though, I do not poop. I don’t die from it. It used to be really weird, because prior to IF I would poop at least twice a day, usually ,3 times..
