Dear lord give me the strength I need to get down these last ten pounds. Every ounce of water i sip is held by my body. Every ketone, calorie is held on to for dear life. . Eating a healthy 1400 calories and working out every day is just not working anymore. I need to enter a fast. It’s going to be a mental battle but maybe I can do a 3 days fast over today and the weekend and then go back to 1400. I just need to drink a lot of coffee and hot liquids . I can do this.

After the 3 day fast, maybe then switch to ADF, alternate day fasting, to bring it home. Basically eat every other day. You can do 3 meals in a 36:12 or 2 meals in a 42:6. Whatever works. But that will take you home.
Yes, you can! If you’ve been doing keto, you probably won’t even be hungry. I did my first 74 refed one day and did another 72. I’d been losing the same lbs over and over again. On my low days, I was only down 3.5 lbs from November, and I still have 30 lbs to go. On my high days, I hadn’t lost at all. I can’t really complain since I’m down 40 lbs since August. I lost 3 lbs on the fasts and have not regained from the reseedI know I can still regain. It feels so good to finally be in the 180s.
