Answer

Im studying nutrition I have a BS and am currently earning my MS (I am earning my DPD to be a dietitian) Iv’e been eating like this for awhile (although important to note i dont believe any one diet is the “healthiest”) for breakfast I have oatmeal made with soymilk, peanut butter, banana, and berries and coffee :) then about 2 hours later ill have a snack of fruit, then at lunch I like to have tofu scramble with peppers, onions, carrots, tomatoes (whatever veggies i have inn the fridge really) and i top it with avocado, salsa, and cilantro and have it with 2 pieces of ezekiel toast, later on ill have a banana and some nuts, then for dinner i like to have whole wheat spaghetti with homemade sauce with tons of veggies tomatoes, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, etc. i also cook in chickpeas or tempeh and top it with tahini, balsamic, and basil. then before bed ill have shredded wheat cereal with soymilk and banana or a bowl of fruit and usually a piece of chocolate :)
