Why is microwave for top ramen not recommended?
More info needed here. Which product? Most commonly, you get a plastic bag with noodles in it. Put water in a microwave safe container, get the water hot, put noodles in bowl and cook more in the microwave. As long as you use a microwave safe bowl, I see no issues with using the microwave. It simply makes things hot, but with some veggies, it can mess up some of the nutrients making them less effective. I don’t know nor care to google right now if a microwave affects the nutrient profile of noodles (what little there is anyway).
