Trying to settle a friendly debate. Outside my fasting hours of 6pm to 11am, when am I allowed to eat?
If you watch Dr Pradip Jannandas MD he advises that you not snack between meals during your eating window because you cause a spike in insulin and hormone response. Watch his lectures they are on you tube
Slightly confused by the question. If you’re in your fasting ‘window’ which appears to be 11am - 6pm, you can eat in this timeframe. If you’re in fasting hours can have water, black coffee or tea without milk from my understanding :S
