I believe it will, honey and half and half have calories in them. Chug water and hang in there. I aim for 8pm to 12pm the next day fasting too but usually ends up being around 17/7 or 18/6 because I try to match my start eating time with my work lunch breaks. You can have plain tea or coffee too, well maybe not coffee before sleep but if you want something warm that is. I’m gonna be on my fifth day 16/8 intermittent fasting tomorrow and I love this. Stick with it, your body will adjust.
