Unadulterated olive oil brands? How about cold pressed? For Canadians

Anyone who’s done the research to find the best brands for high quality, unadulterated olive oil? I would appreciate any input

Also, I see cold pressed oils available, however my understanding is that cold pressing is also unregulated (at least in the US), and could be used as a marketing ploy.

Any trusted brands for cold pressed olive oil available to Canadians?
