Hey! First time posting here I’m currently doing a keto and was thinking of implementing fasting into my diet. I weigh 120kg and I am 185cm tall. I was hoping to do a 72 hour water fast every Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, was wandering if that would be a good for weight loss and if so how fast would it be? And what supplements I should take during that time period. Thank you all so much!

Ultimately, it depends on how much you eat on your feasting days. If you can maintain normal caloric consumption on your feasting days, you can probably lose 3-5 lbs per week over the long term. As the AutoModerator puts on every post, electrolytes are a proper supplement, though with such short fasts, who knows if they’re actually necessary. No harm in taking them, so better safe than sorry.
