I am about to begin a 21 day water fast. There are many reasons I am starting this but the main one is to kill off a parasite that has been following me since I drank some bad water in India a couple years ago. Antibiotics never worked and I think just made the parasites stronger so I’m planning to starve them out. Is this length of time enough? When I end the fast should I take something to kill any potential eggs? Any advice appreciated
Assuming you already have but just in case have you consulted a doctor about how effective a treatment this may be for whatever parasite is affecting you? I don’t know much about parasites but maybe it just goes dormant or worse starts to eat you instead of dying off.
