I am F, 19, 5’6 SW: 160 CW: 153 and am currently on day 3 almost to day 4 because I’m about to go to bed.
Anyways, my question is when does the weight loss stop being water and is fat loss? I’ve lost 7 lbs but it’s not as joyful knowing like 5lbs of it is water but then again I know Ketosis beings to start after 72 hours and I want to know how much I actually lost at the end of this (7-14 days). Do I just total the amount at the end that I’ve lost then add 5lbs for the water weight?
It’s wildly different for everyone, there’s no way to give you a definite number. But you shouldn’t be discouraged by water weight loss at all. If you manage to complete the full 7-14 days, I assure you a very large portion of the weight will be fat
