Hi everyone, I’m getting married in 5 months and have struggled with dieting the last year… I’ve been doing 18:6 for a month now with very little results. Any recommendations, I would like to lose as much as I can before my wedding (yes I plan to continue after the wedding but my first goal is this wedding)
You don’t mention calories at all and they are the most important factor in all of this.

How many are you eating per day?
Are you measuring and weighing all foods, beverages, condiments, and bites??
