Fasting has been a wash all month. I’m actually up 12 pounds from my lowest last month. I haven’t had a fast last over 46 hours since end of February. Even though my goal plan is 5 day fast one week and OMEOD and the next. So now I’m giving it another go with hopefully a 5 day dirty fast, and the rule is if I break the fast with food I must immediately restart. No “oh I already, might as well try again tomorrow/next week”. 22 hours in. Wish me luck!
