Refeed today after a week long of very low cico/ near fasting regiment (-200 kcal/day, omad style). Had 750 kcal worth of food, well thought out. Now fasting till the 25th.

Have insane issues with water retention though. My weight barely goes down because of it. This morning compared to yesterday I gained 0,6 kg - despite having had nothing more than some cheese! Then again, I notice my scale is going wacko from time to time as well, but I can feel the retention too. It makes my body feel sore, my feet hurt. Nothing period related either, it’s a combination of no carbs/near fasting and the warm weather that makes it intolerable. Because of it, I did that refeed, because I could have survived without the food.

I’m really at a wit’s end with the water retention. Every fast it’s the same thing, so with this refeed I hope to drop (you heard me) some weight just like I always do on a refeed. Especially since I’m so close to a mini goal I’ve set for myself and I know it’s the water weight that’s keeping me from being able to celebrate it.
