5.5 day DF + 1.5 day WF, and currently on 4th day of re-feeding. This is the first time I’ve really taken re-feeding seriously and I feel 10x better already. I’m just entering non diluted vegetable and fruit juices, watered down porridge, kefir and full strength bone broth. Still eating small amounts 6x a day. It really works.
