I still use melatonin for sleep but lately I’ve been moving around my fasting window to see how I feel. The last 2 days I stopped eating early 4pm vs usual 7pm and my sleep was amazing! I was dead to the world as soon as my head hit the pillow.
Natural Calm magnesium 30 min before bed, unflavored. If you take a warm bath or shower and go immediately into a cool and dark room it will help trigger a feeling of sleepiness. Avoiding screens for a few hours before bed, along with other sources of blue light, helped me a lot.
