Is there any tips to help you fall asleep? I’m 33 hours in and I need sleep, although i’m not tired I still need to sleep. Any tips will be appreciated.
Lay down wherever you sleep and then do this….
Close your eyes and take deep slow breaths. Imagine you are your future self. Everything you’ve wanted yourself to be in that moment. Imagine you not only being exactly who you want to be but but doing it effortlessly. Smooth, fit, happy. Try and feel the feelings, the smells, the energy.
If that doesn’t help you keep your mind in another space besides in that moment and help you fall asleep…
Try qigong, wim hof, hot shower

You don’t “need to sleep”.You need to listen to your body. Does it want to sleep?
You don’t have to force your body into anything. Even sleep.
It’s fairly normal to sleep less during a fast (if done well). Your body is spending its time repairing itself internally.Sleep is here to recover from external efforts, and is not as useful when all your body’s focus is put inwards.
