Just in a theoretical sense
Salmon, chicken breast, pumpkin and yam smash. Bowl of green leaf salad of choice with tomato. Kiwi, apples, blueberries and a banana or half an avocado.
That should be enough food for a whole day mix and match options together. And to me, all of the foods above taste darn good.
I don’t know how to answer this because taste is a factor and I still have wonderful meals even though the fit my nutritional needs. So since I don’t need to compromise taste, I don’t even consider the option of if I had to.
