When I begin my fasts any earlier than 7pm, I dryheave the next morning…

Anyone know how to stop this? Really want to start doing 18:6, but having trouble with my stomach the next morning.

If you stop eating carbs and sugar you will stop getting acid reflux. The insulin surges prevent absorption of fat and produce acid instead so you can build fat rather than burn it. Contrary to popular belief, it is the burger bun that causes the acid reflux, not the fatty burger, regardless of what you are tasting when you belch.
