I started a 36 hour fast, got to about 20 and was ravenous even though I’ve done about 10 36 hrs fasts just fine. I couldn’t continue and just ate at 24 hrs. During fast I did yoga, usually I do nothing during long fasts. I had some amino acids at hour 21 to stave off hunger. Not sure why I didn’t tap into that not hungry/ want to clean the house energy. Anyone have ideas?
Exercise can for sure make you hungrier, I eat on days I exercise because of this. I’ve been doing ADF for about a month and a half now, if I eat a lot of carbs before fasting it makes me hungry at some point. Sometimes there’s just no reason why you get hungry and sometimes it’s because you haven’t taken in electrolytes
