How important is it that each meal throughout the day contain a variety of nutrition vs eating limited nutritional variety at each meal but varying the types of meals during the day?
From what I can tell; nutritional content is a long game. Just like calories, you can look at it over whatever time frame right. It’s very likely humans have never take in “perfect” nutrition on a daily basis and therefore is able to function well by nutrition varying from day to day, Week to week etc. With this in mind I’d say it’s fine either way and any difference is could make is likely to be negligible.
