If I’m not eating, and not hungry, and weight keeps decreasing, then why would I even need measuring my ketons?
I personally only do it if something might be wrong, for example, if I had some carbs on my refeed and I want to see if this kicked me out of ketosis. If the strips don’t show color, then I have to do a longer fast to get back in the groove.
Yeah they are not essential at all, always got the feeling Cole likes them as it cuts through the delusional bs with those who claim they haven’t been eating carbs, lol. We fatties are a delusional bunch ;)
