Would like some advice

Hi.

I’m 22 year old, male (5’9 and 250 pounds). I just started a water fast this morning. I need to lose a total of 28 pounds in as little time as possible due to some reasons :/

I plan to water fast for 7 days while kickboxing in the morning, swimming and lifting weights in the afternoon. Do you think its possible for me to lose 28 pounds in 7 days? What other steps should i take to make this possible?

Honestly, 28lbs in that amount of time would be very unhealthy. Anywhere from .5lb-2lbs. a day is average. Enjoy the process. You can do it. Just take it one day at a time. You didn’t gain the 28lbs. in 7 days I imagine, it takes time.
