I wanted to do a ~2 week water fast again ( I did a couple before and have experience). But I can’t find a weekend where I don’t have any social responsibilities that involve food.
How would you approach a fast that has a break in the middle? 5d fast, 2d food, 5d food?
Any idea why that’s good or bad?
Depends what the food involved is. If you can go keto or very close to it, just make it one very long fast. As far as weight loss is concerned, keto is qualitatively the same as fasting (but of course not quantitatively).
If you “need” to drink or eat a lot of sugar, for example, then I would break it one or two days in advance to avoid any… accidents, and would eat one large keto meal the morning after and start fasting again.
