im a 18yo 5’10.5 female, over the past 2 years ive gained about 50lbs bringing me up to 210 or so. (due to bored/emotional eating and being a lazy fk) my goal is to lose the fat, conquer my sugar/food/caffeine addiction and take back my life.
diabetes runs in my family so i’d rather not go down that route, joint issues breast cancer kidney problems and so on.
i’m not a fan of fad diets, i’d rather do a badass dry fast than eat grass like a cow for 3 weeks to no avail feeling completely miserable. my body responds amazingly well to keto/carnivore diet habits and thats why ill be breaking my fast with 25% protein 75% fats (got this idea from cole robinson) 0 or very low carbs! so i dont balloon up after my initial refeed and ravenously eat the whole house. i love steak and butter gal! SBGANG
i’m experienced with dry fasting and this is no problem for me besides the fatigue and nausea but i battle through it. i took a dip in my pool yesterday for a while and sunbathed, it was great. woke up this morning with the nastiest keto breath, thick white film on my tongue had to brush my teeth with water before i threw up. 💀
feel free to comment down below! havent checked my weight yet will do so when i break the fast but i can visibly see the weight falling off and my skin looks so clear.
some things i noticed: heavy craving for fruits/fluids (especially watermelon), i find super greasy junk foods appalling, my willpower is stronger than i thought (i still cook food for my family), clearer sense of smell, restless feeling but also weak and tired, sensitivity to earbuds/bluetooth, body feels really hot most of the time probably since im in constant fat burn mode, i still urinate here and there but havent went number 2 in quite a while
i noticed when i broke a 5 day hard dry fast a while ago red bull tasted like absolute shit after (earwax) same with a lot of other processed shite, nothing tasted as good as meats eggs and fruits.
checked my weight, went from 216 (im guessing since i was eating like a cow) to 204.5!
tmi alert!! ive actually peed like twice today which is surprising cause i usually dont, lethargic af tho im gonna try to take a nap to pass by the time, i feel an urge to do pushups for some reason, my eyes look super dead💀
