Hey everyone ..I am trying to go on 7 day soft dry including my workouts I have tried to do a dry fast before but I always gave in after hitting the 24 hr mark ..I am posting this for motivation as I really want to complete 7 days this time hope i can make it 🤞
If I was you I wouldn’t do daily workouts. It is too much for the body to handle.
I would do a very heavy workout early day 1. Every body part. Then rest and let your body rest and heal the remaining days. You will still lose alot of weight
