Hello all!
First, I wanted to thank this forum; inspired by some things I saw here, I have completed a consecutive year of 16:8 IF!
I was debating the merits of trying to shift to 18:6, but circumstances kind of did it for me in abundance. I now have to go to bed a few hours earlier than used to and it cut down my window, so now I’m into my first week of 20:4. So far I’m not finding it too difficult, and I may allow myself a few extra hours on a non-work night, but I’ve really been enjoying the process. Thought people might appreciate it. Thanks!
First of all, congrats on your accomplishment.If I could handle all the nutrients in one single meal and eat for say 1 hour a day, I would do it. So all I’m saying is if you can fit your lifestyle and meals withing less hours why shouldn’t you?
