I have always been interested in fasting but never knew how to start really. To give background, I dont eat breakfast but i do eat lunch and dinner. I start my meals from 12:30pm-8pm. I have not noticed any progress and Ive had this eating habit for the longest. When I do eat I do have large meals. I am not sure if its my meal size (I think it is). I also want to include working out but i am not sure when I should. I want to have a restart and start properly if anyone knows what I mean? Just looking for some advice on how to start.

I am female, 160 pounds in weight, and 5’0 in height.
