I have been doing IF for 3 and a half years and lost 10kg (22lbs). But recently I’m struggle fighting with my hunger, which never happened before and I started gaining some weight. Is there any tips for me?
If it’s not the case, switch to a eating window as early as possible during the day. What I experienced is that it is hard for me to lose weight when my eating window is in the evening (300g per week) compared to when my eating window is around noon, I lose way more, around 1kg per week
