Hi everybody, I’ve been doing IF for about six weeks now and really enjoy it. I generally stick to a 16:8 or an 18:6 though I’ve dabbled with smaller windows. Anyway, the issue I’m having is that falling aleep has become much more difficult. Honestly I just don’t feel tired now that I’ve been doing IF. My last meal is usually 4-5 hours before my bedtime.
What have you found that’s worked for you? Thanks.
I had to take melatonin when It was effecting my sleep, I don’t start my fast til around 7 anyways so I take it right before starting then I’m out for the night by 8 normally up at 6 with my kids for school. Im literally bout to konk out now haha
