I can go ALL day without eating. It’s not on my mind till bed time. I start to think about heavy exertion on a large fast food meal then coming home and going straight to bed. Bed time is the only time my cravings hit. Anyway I can change this so I can stay within a intermittent eating schedule of 11am-8pm. And stay within a two meal a day diet?
