Can anyone pinpoint to why?
After 2-3 days I care little about food per se but anything seafood related and especially sardines, canned herring etc. makes me go crazy.
Am I deficient (or become deficient) in something?
The first thing I thought of when you mentioned “sardines” and “canned” was SALT. Canned fish is packed with sodium. When you fast your system loses a lot of salt. I’m wondering if low sodium levels are related to those cravings.
